Do you accept any returns for items that don't fit me?


We are sorry, we do not accept returns for hygiene reasons.
We provide detailed sizing information for every product listings in our store. Do take measurements and check the sizes before purchase.




Do you accept any exchange for defective items?


We checked our products and ensure no defects before sent. However if you unfortunately receive a defective item, do contact us within 7 days for an exchange.





TRACK ORDER

How do I track the shipment of my order?


SingPost Normal Mail No tracking number, you will receive delivery confirmation once your orders are shipped. SingPost Registered Mail Tracking number will be sent to your email once your orders are shipped. You can always check the delivery status from Noevic member account or Singpost website.
