Shipping Info

LOCAL

- Qxpress/Janio/Aramex Express (2~3 working days)

Orders from Singapore will be dispatched on the second or third day of the order date from Singapore warehouse, this will help to save your shipping cost and delivery time if you are located in Singapore or wish to send a gift for someone there. Once the parcel is sending out, the tracking number will be reflected in your account for easy traceability.

**Kindly note that if your order includes pre-ordered items, the package will be shipped out when the stock of all purchased items is available. You will receive an email from us about the delivery lead time if your orders include pre-ordered items. We aim to ship out pre-order items as soon as the stock reaches our warehouse.

INTERNATIONAL

Return & Exchange policy

REFUND

If you change your mind or for some reasons you wish to return and refund the product, you can do that and have your full refund less shipping costs and credit card transaction fees (if applicable).

Please note that only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sales items are not entitled for the refund

RETURN

To be eligible for a return, all goods must be in unused and original condition with original packaging intact/seal packing.


You must complete the return and refund within 7 days of the date of receiving your order and you are responsible for arranging the return and all related costs.
