I used to be a breastfeeding mum and I believe one of the biggest struggles for breastfeeding mum would be the lack of milk supply. I experienced this and it was uneasy to go through especially for the first time mummy. Fortunately, there are several things you can do, such as eating some milk-boosters snacks, cookies or even smoothies. The greatest part of smoothies is that you can combine several of the milk-boosting foods quickly together. It's also an easy and fast way to get several of these ingredient in you system. I've found some yummy and easy lactation smoothie which I love to share with my pregnant and first time mummy friends!
